Marian Wilson

Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Marian has served as a Human Resources Executive in the Financial Services Industry for over

30 years. She oversees all aspects of Human Resources, Learning and Leadership Development,

talent acquisition and retention, performance management, and leading programs that foster

associate engagement. She also served as a Psychometrist and Human Resources Manager for

the Eckerd Foundation, a therapeutic wilderness program for emotionally handicapped children.

She has also served on various non-profit boards within education and social services.

Marian graduated from Lander University with a B.S. degree in Psychology.
